Hello Registry! My name is Andria, I’m the newest General Manager here at The Registry! You can find me usually running around the property trying to figure out what’s needed next. Since we will be spending quite some time together with the next semester coming up, I’d like for you guys to know a little bit about me. I’ve been in property management for 4 years now, working my way up from a leasing position all the way to your General Manager. Beyond work, I love spending time with my husband and my newborn son. During my property management career, I’ve been a part of some major changes in properties such as: changing occupancy from below 75% and raising it to 96%, a 3 million dollar renovation, and several property sales. One of my goals this semester is to provide the best environment for The Registry so that it feels like your home away from home! I have some great ideas I can’t wait to bring to our community and look forward to another semester with you!
